KEY TERMS
- Customer Agreement: These terms apply to the overarching agreement between THE LAND ALCHEMISTS ("the Company") and the customer ("Customer") for the Property Monitoring Services ("PMS"). Any additional services outside the scope will require mutual consent.
- Scope of Services: Services are limited to the explicitly specified period in the Customer Agreement. Any additional services outside the scope will require mutual consent.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Accurate Information: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including:
- Attending on-site visits, either by deploying their own processes or by requesting THE LAND ALCHEMISTS' assistance, to ensure the land's boundaries are clear, accessible, and not encroached upon.
- Providing the Customer's title deeds, land records, and any other documents required by THE LAND ALCHEMISTS for PMS, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance: The Customer must comply with THE LAND ALCHEMISTS' Specific Terms and Conditions, as updated on the Company website and mobile app from time to time.
COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
- Performance of Services: The Company will perform the services as per the Customer Agreement and PMS package, including monitoring the property as per the agreed schedule, ensuring visits are conducted as per the agreement, and providing updates to the Customer.
- Demarcation of Property: The Company may use its discretion to mark the property boundary as per the measurement, in case THE LAND ALCHEMISTS does not have the demarcated boundary of the land.
- Service Standard: The Company will ensure the services are provided in a professional manner, ensuring the safety of the land as per the PMS package.
- Reporting: The Company will provide regular updates to the Customer as per the agreed schedule, ensuring the Customer is informed of any issues or discrepancies.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party actions.
DISCLAIMER
- Non-Incorporation: The Customer represents that they are not a legal entity, person, or entity prohibited from using THE LAND ALCHEMISTS' services under any law.
RISK POLICY
- Third-Party Risk: The Company will not be responsible for any third-party risks, including but not limited to:
- The Customer agrees to provide accurate information; any fear of theft or unauthorized access to the land will not be the responsibility of THE LAND ALCHEMISTS.
- Any third-party claims or disputes arising due to the Customer's failure to provide accurate information will be the Customer's responsibility.
THE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (T&C)
- Scope of Applicability: These T&Cs govern the service relationship between the Customer and THE LAND ALCHEMISTS. Any changes to the agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
RETURN POLICY
- Refund Policy: If the Customer cancels the service, the refund will be processed as per the Customer Agreement and applicable laws.
BRICACH RESPONSIBLE POLICY
- Data Privacy: THE LAND ALCHEMISTS agrees to protect the Customer's data as per the applicable Data Privacy and Cybersecurity laws. The Company will ensure the Customer's data is secure and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

USER AGREEMENT
- Scope of Applicability: These T&Cs apply to all users of THE LAND ALCHEMISTS' services.
ENFORCEMENT & MODIFICATION
- Enforcement: Any changes to these T&Cs will be effective from the date they are posted on the website or app.
PRIVACY TERMS AND POLICY
- Data Privacy: THE LAND ALCHEMISTS will protect the Customer's data as per the applicable laws.
PROTECTING AGAINST FAILURE
- Failure Protection: In the event of a payment failure, THE LAND ALCHEMISTS will notify the Customer.
RESTRICTIONS FOR PROHIBITED USERS
- Prohibited Users: Users prohibited from engaging in activities that may interfere with the proper functioning of the app or website are restricted.
FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION
- Fraudulent Transaction: THE LAND ALCHEMISTS reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in case of suspected fraudulent transactions.
EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT
- Express Written Consent: Any changes to the agreement must be in writing and mutually agreed upon.
DISCLOSURE
- Disclosure: THE LAND ALCHEMISTS will disclose information as required by law.
